Aubrey Moraif is a provost scholar and teaching fellow at The New School pursuing an M.F.A. in creative writing. She is a 2020 recipient of an emerging writer fellowship from the Elizabeth George Foundation to fund the completion of her first novel, which was inspired by her experiences teaching special education in Hawaii. She lives in New York, New York.
