Josefine Klockars’ mother writes: Josefine Klockars was born on the 15th of July 1997, in Guldsmedshyttan, Sweden. From a young age, Josefine showed an interest in the literary arts, especially in reading and writing poetry in both Swedish and English. Besides her passion for writing, she was a true humanitarian and a vocal advocate of women’s rights. Josefine intended to finish her bachelor’s degree in English at Stockholm University in fall 2020; however, as of April 19, 2020, Josefine is no longer with us, as she sadly passed away too young at age 22.
