As part of National Poetry Month, this program features three winners of the New Letters poetry prize reading their award-winning pieces: Ellen Bass, an accomplished poet and creative writing teacher from Santa Cruz, California; Donald Junkins, who is the poetry editor for the North Dakota Quarterly, reads five poems about New South Wales Australia; and Christopher Bursk, who works as a volunteer in the corrections system and teaches at Bucks County Community College in Pennsylvania.
